I went to a benefit in the city for the organization Lara is volunteering at, Justice Now. It was really cool. There were all these twenty-something do-gooders there. It's nice to know that people are being proactive about making change in our society.
My poor digital camera has been collecting dust for the past two months. While I was abroad I took it everywhere I went, making sure to take a picture of pretty much anything. Now, it just sits on my desk. I think it's time to end its hiatus.
